those organisations who know that they want to change their
culture, or to larger organisations that need more analysis and
feedback than their smaller counterparts. It consists of :

methodology

Organisational Assessment

Report and feedback to leadership team

Feedback to staff via workshops

Outline plans to move to desired culture
This process can take up to three months
elapsed time and creates the basis for lasting change.
