What happens next?


Having performed the survey and collected the results, feedback will be given first to the sponsor(s) and then to the participants. This feedback is usually in the form of workshops where the results are not only discussed but suggestions for positive actions elicited. It is possible to give written feedback if this is seen as the most appropriate method.

If workshops are held then the relative priority of what needs to be achieved will be decided and diagrammed as below:


In this example some of the desired cultural values are grouped to give more focus and clarity. It is usual to create an action plan (see below) after the workshops have been held to ensure that momentum is maintained.
